Consultancy and Advisory Engagements

I serve on the advisory board of several digital and AI startups. I am also advisory board member of Guidecom AG in Münster, Germany.

In Germany, I provide consultancy services to a range of firms in the retail, fashion, media, and manufacturing idunstries.I advise on topics such as digital and AI strategy, AI implementation, digital innovation, and transformation management.

In Australia, I had a working relationship with Woolworths Ltd. that dates back to 2009, providing consultancy and research on various topics related to process management, digital transformation and innovation, amongst others, with BWS, BTS, HR and Big W. I have also worked with several other large Australian organizations, including SAP, ATO, Hargreaves, IP Australia, Australian Federal Police, Suncorp, Ergon, Stanwell, Federal and State Government, and others. Many of these consultancy engagements concerned the establishment and development of management capabilities for process improvement and organizational innovation.

Professional and Executive Education

I have developed, managed, and delivered continuing professional and executive leadership development programs in areas such as

I have delivered executive coaching in-house to many leading firms, including Airbus, Edeka, Bertelsmann, Olsen, Guidecom, Woolworths, Big W, Hargreaves, IP Australia, Suncorp, and others. I have also directed and delivered courses as part of Executive MBA programs at Vlerick Business School, Rotterdam School of Management, University of Cologne, and Technical University of Denmark.

In QUT’s Information Systems School, I co-developed and directed the Continuing Professional Education BPM training program between 2006 and 2012. Under my management, we have increased the external engagement with industry clients through CPE every year, and provided CPE training to more than forty Australian-based organizations, generating a total income in excess of $1,000,000.
